  • What is your return policy?
    In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you have purchased, we accept returns on any item (other than "Final Sale") that is unworn, unwashed, and has the hang-tag intact. To qualify for a full refund, the return has to be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. The refund will be returned to the customer after we receive the item, and make sure it is up to our standards. Gift returns will be refunded through store credit. If there is a quality-problem with the product, you can reach out to our to our team via the form on our website. Any other returns, will be done on a case-by-case basis; resulting in either store credit, or partial refunds for the product.
  • What does "pre-order" mean?
    "Pre-order" means that you are ordering an item that we do not physically have yet. Because manufacturing custom designs takes a lot of time, pre-ordering means that you pay for an item now but will not get the physical item until later. The shipping date will be updated both on the website and through email.
  • Is shipping free?
    Yes, our shipping is free for those in the United States! If you qualify for international shipping, it is a flat rate of $7.
